RETURNS / REFUNDS / WHOLESALE
In our pursuit of creating truly investment-worthy accessories, we strive to deliver products that exceed the expectations of our customers. In the event that you would like to return or exchange your purchased item, please see information below.
We accept returns on full-price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging, and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 25% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging. For accepted US returns, all sales taxes will be refunded. We currently only ship to the US territories.
Lance Pierres reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
Lance Pierres is no longer responsible for packages upon their USPS (or alternate carrier service) tracking codes entering “delivered” status. Rare exceptions may be made at the discretion of Lance Pierres Shipping, after thorough investigation of incidents leading to un-received shipments.
Deposits on wholesale orders will be honored for four (4) business days after the stated production completion date. After that period, the deposit will be honored solely at the discretion of Lance Pierres/Tandemtide LLC. Lance Pierres/Tandemtide LLC reserves the right to void the deposit if the remaining balance is not paid within four business days of the stated production completion date, and may release the production units to fulfill orders for any account of its choosing.
